Within the Coptic Orthodox Church, BLESS is viewed as a major social and developmental arm that provides its services to all the dioceses in Egypt. BLESS helps everyone regardless of religion, sex, age or race.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over time, BLESS has been led by eminent church fathers, from His Grace Bishop Samuel in 1962 to Bishop Youannes in 1996.
